How To Order
No Deposit Policy Change
As is the custom of most makers for years I've required a 50% deposit on all orders with the balance due on completion. I've never really been keen on the practice of holding your money (mostly for months) while you waited patiently for your order to come up. Recently I've decided to discontinue requiring any deposit.
When placing your order we will go over the details at that time and I will give you a price quote. I will hold your place in my order book and a couple of weeks before your order comes up I will contact you to verify the particulars and any changes you may have considered. At that time I will ask for full payment to be sent. As soon as I receive it I will begin your order in earnest.
I'm hoping this change in procedure will give both the customer and myself a more stress free wait.
